Originate and Renovate

Although I'm certian my sister will berate me when she sees I've posted this picture, I just couldn't help myself. It was the only picture I snapped of the store to be.

When I drove to Vegas It was with every intention to Paint and refinish furniture for the store. and also help my Mother watch my nieces and nephews while L and her Husband spent a week on a cruise.

We went to check out the location options for the shop and we all fell in love with the same spot. The most amazing thing about it is that it is right across the street from the convention center in town. So it attracts A LOT of people about 12 times a year, Including a parade for St. Pattie's day that gathers about 50,000 people to the street we will be located on.

We thought we would open up in about a month so we can get the St. Patricks Day business, but we soon found out that there is a quilting convention on March 4,5, and 6th that we would be stupid to miss. So it looks like the shop we had hoped to open in a few months is now opening the first week in March!!!

AHHHH!

Seriously crazy. Thank goodness my sister accidently went to her cruise a year early (that's another story for another time) and was able to come back home. We are SOO excited about the opening and all the fabulous things we will carry (mostly designer fabrics and patterns,)

I'm not kidding, this is going to be the cutest store known to man, just look at the furniture we painted in the picture. that is literally nothing compared to how many adorable things will be in it. We've talked about having a business for so long, and now it's actually happening.
