Here's another super easy tutorial on how to embellish a cardigan.
Measure the length down the front of your sweater where you'd like you ribbon to go
Cut the rosie ruffle ribbon (not the official name :) the same length as the above measurement
Pin it in place and sew down either side of the ruffle in a straight seam. Wow, that was easy.
