I found the idea for these cupcakes in the book Hello, Cupcake! my newest creative adventure. The book is not only full of ADORABLE ideas for decorating cupcakes, but also AWESOME tips for filling your cups and cutting your own icing tips! love it!
anyhoo...
These are simply made with 10 cupcakes
topped with white frosting tinted with 1/2 teaspoon of cocoa and 5 drops yellow food coloring
the meatballs are Ferrero Rocher chocolate balls covered with low sugar strawberry preserves(the color is better in the low sugar version) and topped with grated white chocolate! to die for!
Made these for my Brother and he was out of town...so they went to a lucky neighbor gal!
