I sacrificed this man to Scout Camp last week and may I just say, he was seriously missed. I couldn't possibly do everything that I do without him. I was lucky enough to have my niece come stay for the week to help me out or I don't know how I would have taught my night classes. It's true when they say "distance makes the heart grow fonder". Let's just say he came home to lots of kisses.
We've been working our buns (and apparently our pants) off on the camper, and it's so close to being done it's got me giddy. We got all the painting and upholstery finished. Some flooring and a few special touches and it'll be one happy little camper!
But then who are we kidding, it needs some cute curtains and a quilt or two to make it shine, so that's what I'll spend the week doing
just as soon as I finish machine quilting this amazing top my friend pieced. Stay tuned for more photos.
Can't wait to see the camper Annie and that quilt top is amazing. Are those flowers appliqued on?
ReplyDeleteI bet whatever you make for the camper will be adorable.
PS: Didn't know you taught Zumba- I hear it is fabulous and fun!
how much longer until the reveal? I can't wait to see it.
ReplyDeleteYou haven't mentioned the camper in such a long time, I thought you might have given up on it. I'm so excited to see it.
ReplyDeleteI don't remember how I found your blog, but I love it! I can't wait to see the camp trailer. No doubt it'll be fabulous.
