Obviously we've all seen this done before, but I just love it and wanted to recreate what I've seen, in my baby girl's room.
one of the great things about this project is you can take up an entire wall for a fraction of what you would pay for art.
I found my letters at Hobby Lobby and Joann's.
I made three of the letters the same way I made the letters in my laundry room,
Two of them I embelished with mod podge and glitter
two I painted and two I left as they were.
to hang them, I stapled ribbon to the back of each J in a loop to hang on pins (my hubby loves when I use pins instead of nails).
Some were heavy and wouldn't hang straight so I used a little putty to tack them to the wall.
I found the frames and 6 other's just like them at a consigment store for $15 total, and since I have dark floors and moldings in my home I left them dark instead of spray painting them, like I would usually do.
Super easy project and best of all, done in one afternoon.

What a great idea! I love all the different ways you customized the letters...so unique and fun. I just did a letter for my son's wall and also a pillow with his initial; I'd love for you to come see! (Pillow Talk and Initial Inspirations are the posts for those)

I love your letter J's! I've been wanting to do something similar to a LARGE and very empty wall we have downstairs in our family/living room area. Thanks for sharing! :)
Very pretty!! I love it!
Very cute. I did something like this for my son's nursery! A trick with the nail thing is to just use command strips! Thats what I did.. Not one hole in the wall (:
