You Probably remember making one of these as a kid, and if you loved them as much as I did, you know your kids will too! Alfie was in absolute heaven handing me each kiss to set on top of the Cling Wrap we laid across the kitchen floor (and it was a long piece, seeing there are still 46 days until Christmas). Then he loving handed me each little cut of ribbon to tie them up, but I'm not sure he understood the whole concept because he kept insisting that it was time to eat them. Thankfully, we bought another bag. :) We used the finished candy garland to decorate the mini tree in his bedroom, now every morning when we he wakes up he gets to be reminded that Christmas is just around the corner.

Sweet!
i saw candy and had to take a look. i loved these when i was small, and this is a fantastic way to do one.
saw you on skip to my lou.
This is a great idea! I'll have to make 3 - one for each of my kids- but I know it will be worth it!
Sounds like you had fun making this! Here in the tropics - our advent chocolates have to stay in the fridge - then get slipped into the calendar before the kids wake up each morning!! otherwise they'd be a melted puddle!! It means I have the fun of choosing them each day since the kids do the opening now!
Thanks for linking to a Round Tuit!
Hope you have a great week!
