I love roller coasters (and I do mean LOVE).
I thought it'd be a great idea to find a sitter and go to the local carnival that's been going on, but Steve really wanted to take the kids and who am I to argue with his desires to be an awesome Dad.
So, we took them and I am glad we did.
Even though I had to miss out on this fun
We ate plenty of these to make up for it
Juliette had an absolute ball watching her brother ride the rides
and I got to sneak a little thrill in
Alfie wasn't so sure about the dragon coaster, so he and his Dad had a man to little-man talk
and it did not dissappoint
Time with these people is always well spent
and then I knew it was time to stop with the picture taking because Steve started making faces like this at every opportunity :)
Love love love your pictures! They are absolutely beautiful! The farris wheel one is the BEST!!! Do you use a special lense or a photoshopping kind of program to give them the colored look and rounded edges? I would love to transform some of mine like this!! Happy weekend!!
ReplyDeleteThanks stephanie, I actually use picnik.com to edit most of my photos, and they have an effect called "1960's" that does all the work for me.
ReplyDeleteThat is so funny because - I was just playing around in picnik with a couple of my peony pictures - and found the 1960's button and tried it - and thought it was pretty close!!! So I was coming back to tell you that I found something similar!!! Thanks so much!!!
ReplyDeleteLove it annie! You are the cutest family of four! Jealous about the awesome dragon coaster :)
